Bali wellness resort unveils five reimagined programmes combining personalised health insights, whole-person wellness and longevity science
REVĪVŌ Wellness Resort in Bali is overhauling its Signature Vitality Programmes, responding to growing demand for wellness experiences that move beyond relaxation towards measurable health, prevention and longevity. The resort has introduced five redesigned programmes covering foundational health;proactive longevity; sleep and recovery; metabolic health; and cellular renewal.
The programmes combine science-based health assessments with nutrition, movement, sleep support, restorative therapies and evidence-based vitality technologies. Rather than following a fixed retreat schedule, each journey uses individual health insights, goals and priorities to shape the experience. The approach reflects the growing convergence of luxury travel, preventative health and longevity science, while keeping the focus firmly on practical, everyday wellbeing.
“Our Signature Vitality Programmes have been enhanced through a more evidence-based approach, using personalised assessments to understand what each guest genuinely needs and tailor their programme more precisely,” said Florence Wong, CEO of REVĪVŌ Wellness Resorts and The Pavilions Hotels and Resorts. “Whether they want to address sleep, stress, energy or metabolic health, or understand how they can age well, our role is to turn those insights into practical action and give guests strategies they can continue at home.”
The relaunch reinforces REVĪVŌ’s position at the intersection of luxury hospitality, preventative health and the rapidly evolving longevity movement. Set across three hectares on Bali’s Nusa Dua peninsula, the resort is designed as a private sanctuary where space, nature and tranquillity create the environment for meaningful restoration. Balinese-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings and secluded spaces provide a calm
counterpoint to the intensity of modern life, allowing guests to step away from everyday distractions and focus fully on their health and wellbeing.
Recognised with a MICHELIN Key and a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, REVĪVŌ is building on its established wellness proposition with a more structured, science-informed approach to healthy ageing.
The five programmes offer distinct pathways. Foundations for Vitality, from six-nights, helps guests understand their current health and establish stronger habits. Assessments include body composition, functional fitness, VO₂ max, resting metabolic rate and a longevity blood panel, with the findings informing personalised nutrition, movement and restorative therapies.
For guests focused on proactive healthy ageing, Precision Longevity Optimisation, from six-nights, is REVĪVŌ’s most advanced programme. Developed with Younger by Science, a leading longevity science consultancy, co-founded by medical doctor Dr Dave Jenkins, it combines health assessments with personalised nutrition, movement and recovery protocols, advanced vitality therapies and virtual longevity consultations. The aim is not simply to collect data, but to translate health insights into practical strategies for supporting long-term health and vitality.
“The value of longevity science is not simply collecting more data. It is understanding what that information means and turning it into action,” said Dr Dave Jenkins, Optimal Health and Longevity Consultant and co-founder of Younger by Science.
Three targeted programmes address specific priorities: Sleep, Recovery & Renewal, from three-nights, focuses on disrupted sleep, stress and fatigue; Weight Optimisation & Metabolic Health, from six-nights, addresses sustainable weight management and metabolic wellbeing, including support for guests following GLP-1-assisted weight-management journeys; and Detox & Cellular Renewal, from six-nights, focuses on digestive, metabolic and cellular wellbeing.
All five programmes are built around REVĪVŌ’s six pillars — MOVEŌ, NŪTRIŌ, NOCTURNŌ, ANIMŌ, REMISSIŌ and VITAŌ — spanning movement, nutrition, sleep, emotional wellbeing, restorative therapies and vitality technologies. Science and technology are integrated where they add value, including Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency therapy (PEMF); Intermittent Hypoxic–Hyperoxic Training (IHHT); guided neuro-relaxation through REBALANCE Impulse®; and advanced red-light therapy at the resort’s Vitality Centre, rather than being offered as isolated treatments.
Alongside the Signature Vitality Programmes, REVĪVŌ continues to offer Wellness Your Way, a flexible option for guests who prefer to create their own wellness journey.
With the relaunch, REVĪVŌ is building on its established wellness philosophy, bringing together ancient wisdom and modern science to create a more evidence-based and personalised approach. Rather than only offering guests a space to switch off, its programmes use deeper health insights to shape each journey around individual needs and goals — empowering guests to understand their health, make informed changes and build the knowledge and habits to live well for longer.
